    • Onsite at your event venue during deliveries and set-up to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and that everything remains on schedule.

    • Set-up or assist in the set-up of event room(s) and ensure that your venue is set-up and decorated exactly as you have instructed.

    • Emergency wedding kit.

  • Set-up of your ceremony and reception décor to your specifications.
  • Includes (but not limited to) the set-up of your: centerpieces, favors, programs, head table décor, cake table décor, buffet table décor, bar décor, sign-in table décor, outdoor decorations, place cards, escort cards, menu cards, DIY photo booth items and props, candy buffet table, restroom hospitality baskets, candle lighting, and specialty items.

Destination

  • Assistance with finding your perfect destination wedding location and venue.
  • Work with your travel agent or our preferred travel agent to assist with travel arrangements.
  • Work with staff at your selected venue to plan a seamless wedding ceremony and reception including pre-wedding and onsite activities, logistics, local legalities, and religious customs.
  • Create your personalized timeline to ensure that everything runs smoothly at your event.
  • Available to travel to your destination wedding location and coordinate with staff to ensure execution of your wedding plans including assisting with set-up and coordination of pre-wedding and day-of wedding activities.
  • Includes the services of Ainka, Lead Event Planner.
